RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Section 26.01: The Lessee hereby agrees that, for a period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, the Lessor may show the Leased Premises and building to prospective Lessees, and one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, Lessor may display about said Leased Premises the usual and ordinary "For Lease" signs.
