Right to Specific Performance. The Parties agree that the Company Shares constitute unique property, that there is no adequate remedy at law for the damage that any of the Parties might sustain for the failure of the other Parties to consummate this Agreement, and, accordingly, that each of them is entitled to the remedy of specific performance to enforce such consummation.
