Common use of Right to Subcontract of Company Clause in Contracts

Right to Subcontract of Company. Company may exercise any of its rights, or perform any of its obligations, under this Agreement (including any of the rights licensed in Section 2.1) by subcontracting the exercise or performance of all or any portion of such rights and obligations on Company’s behalf. Any subcontract granted or entered into by Company as contemplated by this Section 4.11 of the exercise or performance of all or any portion of the rights or obligations that Company may have under this Agreement shall not relieve Company from any of its obligations under this Agreement.
