Right to terminate a No Contract Plan. If the Customer is on a No Contract Plan and claim, acting reasonably, that the Change will have a detrimental impact on its use of that No Contract Plan, the Customer will have the right, within one month after receiving notice of the Change, to terminate the affected Service in the Agreement immediately by notice to us.
