Right to Terminate Agreement Upon a Change in Control. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event of a Change in Control (as defined from time to time in the Company’s 1998 Equity and Performance Incentive Plan, or any successor to that plan), you will have the right to terminate this Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Company, and upon the Company’s receipt of such notice this Agreement will immediately become null and void and have no further force or effect.
