Right to Terminate Plan. The Company contemplates that the Plan shall be permanent and that the Employers shall be able to make contributions to the Plan. Nevertheless, in recognition of the fact that future conditions and circumstances cannot now be entirely foreseen, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Plan.
