Right to Terminate Plan. Each Employer contemplates that the Plan shall be permanent and that it shall be able to make contributions to the Plan. Nevertheless, in recognition of the fact that future conditions and circumstances cannot now be entirely foreseen, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to terminate the Plan and each Employer reserves the right to terminate the Plan as to such Employer.
