Right to Use Following Release. Preferred Beneficiary has the right to use ------------------------------ the Deposit Materials for the sole purpose of continuing the benefits afforded to Preferred Beneficiary by the Service Agreement; provided, however, that Preferred Beneficiary agrees not to exercise this right until it has received the Deposit Materials upon their release in accordance with this Article 4.
