RIGHT TO USE SURFACE Clause Samples
The "Right to Use Surface" clause grants a party, typically a lessee or operator, the legal authority to access and utilize the surface of a property for specific activities, such as exploration, drilling, or construction. Its core function is to clarify the extent and conditions of surface use, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the land's surface.
