Common use of Right to Vote For Clause in Contracts

Right to Vote For. the purpose of determining the Investors entitled to vote at any meeting of the Fund, the General Partner or the Investors requesting the meeting may fix a date, in advance, as the record date for the determination of Investors entitled to vote. This date shall be not more than 50 days nor less than 10 days before any meeting.
