Common use of Right to Waive Clause in Contracts

Right to Waive. Borrower authorizes Administrative Agent and Administrative Agent reserves the right to verify any documents and information submitted to it in connection with this Agreement. Administrative Agent may elect to waive any of the conditions precedent and requirements in this Article 4. Any such waiver will be limited to the conditions precedent and requirements in the applicable Sections of this Article 4. Delay or failure by Administrative Agent to insist on satisfaction of any condition precedent will not be a waiver of such condition precedent or any other condition precedent. The making of an Advance by Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders will not be deemed a waiver by Lenders of the occurrence of an Event of Default or Unmatured Event of Default.
