Right to Withdraw Resources. The Responding Member’s Authorized Official retains the 12 right to withdraw some or all of its resources at any time for any reason in the Responding 13 Member’s sole and absolute discretion. Notice of intention to withdraw must be 14 communicated to the Requesting Member’s Authorized Official as soon as soon as is 15 practicable under the circumstances. 16 18 ARTICLE VII.
