Right to Withhold or Offset. The Ordering Agency may withhold payment or set off the amount of any liquidated damages, other damages or claims for damages, or any other obligation of the Contractor or its subsidiaries to the Ordering Agency, including any amounts the Contractor owes to the Ordering Agency under this Agreement, against any payments due to the Contractor under this Agreement.
