Right Upon Termination of Employment for Cause. The Company shall have the right at any time, by giving written notice to Executive to terminate Executive’s employment for Cause. Cause shall be deemed to have occurred if the Executive is convicted of a felony or a crime involving fraud, gross negligence, or significant mismanagement of the business. Upon such termination for Cause, Executive shall be paid his current monthly salary and any bonuses earned up to that point, and Executive may exercise any unexercised options or warrants that are vested. Executive shall forfeit all unexercised options not then vested.
