Common use of Rights Acquired Clause in Contracts

Rights Acquired. The property rights of the United States acquired under this Deed shall be unaffected by any subsequent amendments to or repeal of the Grassland Reserve Program. If Grantor receives consideration for this easement in installments, the Parties agree that the conveyance of this easement shall be effective upon payment of the first installment.
