Rights Admission Sample Clauses

Rights Admission. (a). The Parent shall use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that the Rights Admission occurs as soon as reasonably practicable after the date on which the Parent Stockholder Approval is obtained, including using its reasonable best efforts to cause the Rights Admission to occur no later than the second (2nd) Business Day following such date.
