Rights After the Redemption Date. From and after the close of business on the Class B, Series 1 Units Redemption Date, unless there shall have been a default in the payment of the Class B, Series 1 Units Redemption Price, all rights of the Class B, Series 1 Limited Partner whose Class B, Series 1 Units are being redeemed (except the right to receive the Class B, Series 1 Units Redemption Price) shall cease with respect to such Units, and thereafter such Units shall not be deemed to be outstanding for any purpose whatsoever.
