Rights and Duties of Successor Corporation. In case of any such merger, consolidation, share exchange, sale, assignment, transfer, lease or conveyance and upon any such assumption by a successor corporation in accordance with Section 4.1, such successor entity shall succeed to and be substituted for the Company with the same effect as if it had been named herein as the Company.
