Rights and Duties of the Members Sample Clauses
The "Rights and Duties of the Members" clause defines the specific entitlements and obligations that each member of an organization or entity holds. It typically outlines what members are permitted to do, such as voting on key decisions, accessing certain information, or participating in meetings, as well as their responsibilities, like contributing to the entity’s operations or adhering to its rules. By clearly delineating these rights and duties, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all members understand their roles and expectations within the organization.
