Common use of Rights and Immunities of Secured Debt Representatives Clause in Contracts

Rights and Immunities of Secured Debt Representatives. The Secured Debt Representatives will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the Indentures and any future Secured Debt Representative will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the credit agreement, indenture or other agreement governing the applicable Secured Debt with respect to which such Person is acting or will act as representative, in each case as if specifically set forth herein. In no event will any Secured Debt Representative be liable for any act or omission on the part of EFIH or the Collateral Trustee hereunder.
