Rights and Immunities of Secured Debt Representatives. The Revolving Agent will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the Revolving Credit Agreement, the First Lien Administrative Agent will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the First Lien Credit Agreement, the Second Lien Administrative Agent will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, the Trustee will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the Indenture and any future Secured Debt Representative will be entitled to all of the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities set forth in the credit agreement, indenture or other agreement governing the applicable Secured Debt with respect to which such Person will act as representative, in each case as if specifically set forth herein. In no event will any Secured Debt Representative be liable for any act or omission on the part of the Grantors or the Collateral Agent hereunder.
