RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF PARTIES. 4.9.1 Termination of the Agreement shall not prejudice or affect the accrued rights or claims and liabilities of the Parties. 4.9.2 After termination of the Agreement, the provisions of Clause 6.3 shall remain in force.
