Rights and Obligations Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the rights of each party hereunder shall terminate, except as provided in this Agreement and any Program Attachments to this Agreement. Any such termination shall not release Practitioner or OhioHealthy from obligations under this Agreement or any Program Attachment occurring prior to the effective date of termination. Practitioner shall accept compensation and rates outlined in Section IV.A.1 and applicable Program Attachments for services rendered to a Beneficiary prior to the effective date of termination as payment in full.
