Rights and Powers of Limited Partners. A. Any Limited Partner may engage in or own an interest in any other business ventures which may be engaged in the same or similar businesses as that of the Partnership. B. Each Limited Partner shall be entitled to participate in meetings regarding the affairs of the Partnership and to do all other things with respect to the business and affairs of the Partnership permitted by the Law.
