RIGHTS AND POWERS OF THE SECURITY AGENT. The rights and powers granted by the Lease Indenture Secured Parties to the Security Agent have been granted in order to perfect its lien and security interests in the Security Agent's Account, are powers coupled with an interest and will neither be affected by the bankruptcy of the Owner Lessor nor the lapse of time.
