Common use of Rights and Recourses Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Rights and Recourses Cumulative. The rights and remedies of the Parties under this Agreement shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any right or remedy which the Parties would otherwise have and no failure or delay by the Parties in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any power or right preclude its other or further exercise or the exercise of any other power or right.
