Common use of RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS. The parties hereto agree that they have fully bargained with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment and have settled the same for the term of this Agreement. The Company and the Union concede that the Union has the right to establish rules and regulations for the government of its members but that such rules and regulations shall not affect the Company in the operations of the plant and shall not conflict with the terms of this contract which has priority. Avenues of communication are open with management.
