Rights and Remedies to Be Exercised by Administrative Agent Only. Each Lender agrees that, except as set forth in Section 11.4, no Lender shall have any right individually (i) to realize upon the security created by this Agreement or any other Loan Document, (ii) to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, or (iii) to make demand under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
