Any Party terminating this Agreement under section 21 shall have the additional right to cure any material breach or default of the Defaulting Party to preserve the Non-Defaulting Party's rights that may be prejudiced Contract No. 97TX-10072 as a result of such material breach or default and exercise and pursue all other rights and remedies available to it under applicable law.
