Rights and Title of Consignee. In addition to the rights, titles and interests hereby conveyed pursuant to Section 2.01 of this Mortgage, the Mortgagor hereby grants to the Mortgagee those Liens given to interest owners, as secured parties, to secure the obligations of the first purchaser of Hydrocarbons to pay the purchase price therefore under applicable law, including those rights provided in Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Xxx. §9.343 (Xxxxxx Xxxx. 1989), as amended from time to time.
