Common use of Rights as Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Rights as Shareholders. No holder of this Warrant, as such, shall be entitled to vote or receive dividends or be deemed the holder of Preferred Stock (or Common Stock to be issued upon the conversion of such Preferred Stock) or otherwise be entitled to any voting or other rights as a shareholder of the Company, until this Warrant shall have been exercised and the Shares purchasable upon the exercise shall have become deliverable, as provided herein.

Rights as Shareholders. No holder of this WarrantWarrantholder, as such, shall be entitled to vote or receive dividends or be deemed the holder of Preferred Stock (or Common Stock to be issued upon the conversion of such Preferred Stock) or otherwise be entitled to any voting or other rights as a shareholder of the Company, until this Warrant shall have been exercised and the Warrant Shares purchasable upon the exercise shall have become deliverable, as provided herein.

No holder of this Warrant, as such, shall be entitled to vote or receive dividends or be deemed the holder of Series A Preferred Stock (or Common Stock Shares, nor shall anything contained herein be construed to be issued confer upon the conversion holder of such Preferred Stock) or otherwise be entitled to this Warrant, as such, any voting or other of the rights as of a shareholder of the CompanyCompany or any right to vote for the election of directors or upon any matter submitted to shareholders at any meeting thereof, or to receive notice of meetings, or to receive dividends or subscription rights or otherwise until this Warrant shall have been exercised and the Shares purchasable upon the exercise shall have become deliverable, as provided herein.
