Common use of Rights as Stock Clause in Contracts

Rights as Stock. Notwithstanding any other rights that the Holder may have that arise out of any stockholding in the Company, the Holder shall not be entitled to vote or be deemed the holder of Common Stock or any other securities of the Company which may at any time be issuable on the exercise of the Warrant, nor shall anything contained herein be construed to confer upon the Holder, by virtue of the Warrant, the rights of a stockholder of the Company or the right to vote upon any matter submitted to stockholders at any meeting thereof, or give or withhold consent to any corporate action or to receive notice of meetings or other actions affecting stockholders (except as provided herein), or the right to receive dividends or subscription rights or otherwise.
