Rights As Unitholders; Unit Transfers. From and after the Effective Time, holders of Energy Common Units shall cease to be, and shall have no rights as, limited partners of Energy, and shall have no rights in respect of Energy Common Units, other than the right to receive the consideration provided under this Article III. After the Effective Time, there shall be no transfers on the unit transfer books of Energy of the Energy Common Units.
