Irrespective of any adjustment or change in the Purchase Price or the number of one one-thousandths of a share of Series B Preferred issuable upon the exercise of the Rights, the Rights Certificates theretofore and thereafter issued may continue to express the Purchase Price per share and the number of one one-thousandths of a share of Series B Preferred which were expressed in the initial Rights Certificates issued hereunder.
