Rights Conferred by Registration. 1. The holder of a registered design shall have the exclusive right to use it and at least to prevent any third party parties not having the holder's consent fromhis/her consent, inter alia, from making, offering for sale, selling, importing, exporting, stocking such a product or using a product articles bearing or embodying the protected design when such acts are undertaken for commercial purposes. 2. The holder of a registered design shall also have the right to take legal action against any person who produces or markets a product whose design only presents minor differences with respect to the protected design or where appearance is the same as the latter protected design.
