Rights Confined to Parties and Holders. Nothing expressed or implied herein shall be construed to confer upon any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto and the holders of the Trust Certificates, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or of any term, agreement or condition herein, and all the terms, covenants and conditions herein shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and of the holders of the Trust Certificates.
