Rights Consideration. If Purchaser exercises the Option, or is deemed to have exercised the Option, pursuant to Paragraph 2(e) above, then in full and complete consideration for the Rights (as defined in Paragraph 4 hereinbelow) and all other rights granted and agreed to be granted to Purchaser herein and for all of Owner's representations, warranties and agreements hereunder, Owner shall be entitled to receive the following:
