Common use of Rights Exclusive of Default Clause in Contracts

Rights Exclusive of Default. 1. This Security Agreement, Secured Party's rights hereunder or the Obligations hereby secured may be assigned from time to time, and in any such case Secured Party's assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights, privileges and remedies granted in this Security Agreement to Secured Party, and Debtor will assert no claim or defenses it may have against Secured Party against Secured Party's assignee, except those arising out of this Security Agreement.
