Common use of Rights in Collaboration Technology Clause in Contracts

Rights in Collaboration Technology. Each Party and its Affiliates may use and practice its own Collaboration Technology in any application not prohibited by the terms of this Agreement without the consent of the other and without an obligation to notify the other Party of such intended use or to pay royalties or other compensation to the other by reason of such use during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter.
