Rights in Content Granted by Company. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, with no right to sublicense, to, during the term of this Agreement, access and view the Content (excluding your User Content) solely in connection with your permitted use of the Services and solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
