Rights in Indenture Applicable to Trustee. The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Trustee, shall be afforded all of the rights, powers, immunities and indemnities of the Trustee as set forth in the Original Indenture as if such rights, powers, immunities and indemnities were specifically set forth herein.
