Rights in Properties; Liens. Borrower and each Obligated Party has good and indefeasible title to or valid leasehold interests in its respective Collateral and Properties, including the Collateral and Properties reflected in the financial statements described in Section 6.2, and none of the Collateral of Borrower or any Obligated Party is subject to any Lien, except as permitted by Section 8.2.

Rights in Properties; Liens. The Borrower and each Obligated Party has have good and indefeasible title to or valid leasehold interests in its their respective Collateral properties and Propertiesassets, real and personal, including the Collateral properties, assets, and Properties leasehold interests reflected in the financial statements described in Section 6.29.2, and none of the Collateral properties, assets, or leasehold interests of the Borrower or any Obligated Party is subject to any Lien, except as permitted by Section 8.211.2.
