Rights in Property. of the Borrower and Subsidiaries. As further security for the prompt satisfaction of all Obligations and all Guaranties of the Obligations, the Borrower and each Subsidiary hereby assign to the Banks by and through the Agent all of their respective right, title and interest in and to, and grant the Banks a lien upon and security interest in, all of the following, wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, together with all substitutions, replacements, improvements, accessions or appurtenances thereto, and proceeds (including without limitation insurance proceeds) thereof:
