Rights Intact. Notwithstanding anything in this ARTICLE 5, nothing in this ARTICLE 5 shall be deemed a sole remedy of Purchaser under this Agreement or usurp or affect, in any way, Purchaser’s ability to exercise its rights under this Agreement, including but not limited to Purchaser’s rights set forth in ARTICLE 6 to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms therein.
