Rights Not Prejudiced. The Bank may terminate Executive’s employment at any time, but any termination by the Bank, other than For Cause, shall not prejudice any right of Executive to compensation or other benefits under this Agreement. Executive shall not have the right to receive compensation or other benefits for any period after a termination For Cause as provided in Section 6(a) hereof.
