Common use of Rights of a Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Rights of a Shareholder. Except as provided in Section 4 and Section 5 above, the Participant shall have, with respect to his Awarded Shares, all of the rights of a shareholder of the Company, including the right to vote the shares, and the right to receive any dividends thereon.
