Common use of Rights of Administrative Agent as Bank Clause in Contracts

Rights of Administrative Agent as Bank. With respect to its -------------------------------------- obligation to lend under this Agreement and the Loans made by it, Bank of America shall have the same rights and powers hereunder as any other Bank and may exercise the same as though it were not Administrative Agent; and the term "Banks" shall include Bank of America in its individual capacity. Bank of America may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with Borrower as if it were not Administrative Agent.
