Rights of Administrative Agent. It is understood and agreed that JPMorgan Chase Bank shall have the same rights and powers hereunder (including the right to give such instructions) as the other Lenders and may exercise such rights and powers, as well as its rights and powers under other agreements and instruments to which it is or may be party, and engage in other transactions with the Borrower as though it were not the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders under this Agreement.
