Common use of Rights of Agent Not to Be Impaired Clause in Contracts

Rights of Agent Not to Be Impaired. No right of Agent, or the Lender Group, or the Bank Product Providers to enforce the subordination provided for herein or to exercise its other rights hereunder shall at any time in any way be prejudiced or impaired by any act or failure to act by any Obligor, Agent, any Lender, or any Bank Product Provider hereunder or under or in connection with the other Loan Documents or the Bank Product Agreements or by any noncompliance by the other Obligors with the terms and provisions and covenants herein or in any other Loan Document or any Bank Product Agreement, regardless of any knowledge thereof Agent, or any Lender, or any Bank Product Provider may have or otherwise be charged with.
