Rights of Beneficial Owners. No beneficial owner of a beneficial interest in any Global Note held on its behalf by a Depositary shall have any rights under this Indenture with respect to such Global Note, and such Depositary shall be treated by the Issuer, the Trustee, and any agent of the Issuer or the Trustee as the sole beneficial owner of such Note for all purposes whatsoever.
