Common use of Rights of Borrower in Respect of the Loaned Securities Clause in Contracts

Rights of Borrower in Respect of the Loaned Securities. Until a Loan is terminated in accordance herewith, Borrower shall have all of the incidents of ownership of the Loaned Securities, including the right to transfer the Loaned Securities to others. Lender hereby waives the right to vote the Loaned Securities during the term of the Loan.
